Individuals who are self-aware and resilient recognise how their ability to utilise their strengths at work is impacted by other factors.

BeTalent Resilience consists of a questionnaire and card sort exercise, designed to identify 9 elements of emotional wellbeing and resilience.

The BeTalent Resilience Suite of Tools
