Amanda’s superpower is the lightning speed with which she can connect with the group she is working with and create a safe environment for teams to have effective and meaningful discussions on what it is to be a high performing team. The BeTalent questionnaires provide an opportunity for individuals to reflect on their insights before the workshop and post workshop those insights have continued to be a really useful tool to identify opportunities for productive challenge and debate in the team. The workshop has had a lasting impact and we are now much better as a team at using our cognitive diversity to drive better conversations and results.
