Job Evaluation and Competency Design and Experienced Development Programme Case Study
Zircon partnered with Arup to run a development centre for the local national experienced team of Dubai Airports.
The team comprises the nine senior local employees of the biggest airport in the Middle East and one with tremendous challenges as it grew faster than any other airport in the world. These new challenges required these leaders to engage in new behaviours and change their traditional way of doing things, to ensure that Dubai regained its reputation as one of the best passenger experiences globally while implementing ambitious growth plans, including the opening of Terminal 3, which more than doubled the size of the airport.
Using a combination of practical exercises, group work and psychometrics, this intervention was a key part of the new CEO’s strategy to create a strong local national leadership team who operated to world-class standards.
