Hub Leader Global Assessments

 

Background

Following an organisation restructure and the creation of the Hub Leader role, FremantleMedia required an in-depth behavioural assessment for appointments in London, New York and Sydney.

 

Challenge

The objective was to identify strengths and gaps in alignment with the role requirements to select candidates from an internal and external shortlist. The assessment events were also conducted within the three local Hubs.

 

Solution

The priority was to create an objective assessment process to base the selection decision, but also that the centre provided high quality development output in order to engage the internal population and retain individuals who were not successful with an appointment. The assessment centre design included a case study exercise, role play, psychometric validation interviews and a business presentation.

 

Results

As part of the process, we trained internal assessors to partner with our consultants, as the organisation was keen to increase senior leader stakeholder engagement with an objective assessment approach and enhance internal assessment capability.
