Lauren has extensive experience in Occupational Psychology with a background in talent management, selection and assessment and executive recruitment. Lauren has led the design and delivery of projects for numerous clients within a range of sectors across Europe and UAE, including financial, Government, aviation and commercial retail. Such projects include talent assessment and development training, team leadership programmes, decision style and team assessment tool design and qualitative assessment competency framework research. Lauren’s approach is to bring the best in class techniques and psychological and scientific processes together with the understanding of organisational requirements for the present and future.
Lauren specialises in the design and development of a range of assessment and development processes, including psychometric questionnaires, case studies and High Potential identification. She is an experienced assessor and is skilled in conducting talent assessments for selection and development at all levels of an organisation, providing robust and evidence-based feedback. Lauren also focuses on leadership development and coaching at senior levels to create a culture of engagement and performance.
Lauren holds a First Class Degree with Honours in BSC Psychology and a Masters in Occupational Psychology with Distinction. She is a Registered Qualified Test User with Occupational Ability and Occupational Personality (formerly Level A & B) with Strengths Insight, Culture Fit, Decision Styles, NEO PI-R, Saville Wave, Hogan HPI, MVPI and HDS, and Criterion COAST. She is also a Member of the British Psychological Society.
