Dawn Lewis, Senior Consultant

Dawn became part of the Zircon team in 2014, having worked previously as an associate. A skilled Human Resources professional with 15 years’ experience, Dawn has extensive international generalist experience in a variety of sectors. She has broad employment law knowledge, strategy and change management skills, strengthened by excellent communication skills.
Dawn has been responsible for global Human Resource strategy, organisational development, training and development, and change management initiatives for a range of organisations.
Dawn holds an MSc in International Human Resources Management and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She is an experienced assessor and interviewer, has BPS Level A Certificates in Occupational Testing. Dawn is a trained user of Unique Strengths, Values Fit, Decision Styles, Winning Attitude, Wave, Wave 360, HDS, MVPI and HPI.
