I came to my sessions with Amanda unsure about what my next career move might be and how I might make it work. Through my work with Amanda, I found out more about the things that I needed to be particularly mindful of before any move. This included the importance of acting to support my resilience, and gaining a better understanding of those environments and people that might suit me best. This enabled me to recognise areas for development better and also focus on my objective strengths - I also became very aware of the things that were holding me back, which were often driven by a lack of confidence in certain respects and fear of failure. Amanda always gave me practical advice, often informed by her extensive knowledge of neuroscience, to help me manage those challenges best. Doing so has given me greater clarity as to what I want to do next and lots more confidence.
